This Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Pinnaclyst platform, accessible via https://pinnaclyst.tech (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Pinnaclyst ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By purchasing access to Pinnaclyst, whether through one-time lifetime payment or a subscription-based plan, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly accepted the entirety of this Agreement.

1Nature of Service and Access

1.1. Pinnaclyst is a paid-only digital platform that provides curated, AI-discovered academic, research, internship, and competition opportunities. No free access or trial features are provided.
1.2. Access to the Platform is provided via:
  • • Lifetime Access: Single payment, perpetual usage.
  • • Subscription Access: Recurring payments, monthly or otherwise.
1.3. Access is strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold under any circumstances.

2Binding Nature of Agreement Upon Purchase

Important: By completing a payment, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2.1. By completing a payment on the Platform, you:
  • • Agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in full.
  • • Waive any claim of non-awareness or disagreement with the Terms.
  • • Understand that access to the Platform begins immediately after purchase.

3Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

3.1. Users are entitled to request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

3.2. Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
  • • If the request is made after the 14-day period.
  • • If the user has accessed or utilized substantial data, as determined by usage analytics.
  • • If the user has initiated scraping, automated downloads, or excessive usage patterns.
  • • If the user has violated any provision of these Terms or other policies applicable on the Platform.
3.3. Refund abuse, chargebacks after usage, or fraudulent attempts to exploit refund protections will result in permanent blacklisting and may be reported to relevant processors.

4Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following actions result in immediate termination without refund:

  • • Attempting to scrape, download, or replicate Platform data using bots, automation tools, or headless browsers.
  • • Bypassing access restrictions or distributing Platform data to non-paying individuals.
  • • Sharing login credentials or mass-distributing internal links.
  • • Violating this Agreement or any other applicable policy posted by the Company.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to monitor user activity and usage logs for the detection of abuse or prohibited behavior.

5Third-Party Opportunities Disclaimer

5.1. Pinnaclyst curates and presents opportunities hosted on external websites owned by universities, research institutions, companies, or governments. These are third-party entities unaffiliated with Pinnaclyst.
5.2. While our system applies automated and manual verification to filter out false or broken links, we make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, availability, or selection criteria of third-party opportunities.
5.3. We are not liable for:
  • • Rejection or disqualification by external organizers.
  • • The outcomes of your application or participation.
  • • Changes to deadlines, requirements, or terms by the external organizers.
5.4. All engagement with such third-party providers is at your own discretion and risk.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The Platform is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied.
6.2. We do not warrant:
  • • That use of the Platform will lead to success in any opportunity.
  • • That the data presented is always complete, error-free, or current.
  • • That the Platform will be free from interruptions, bugs, or inaccuracies.

7Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential-arising out of:
  • • Use or inability to use the Platform,
  • • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings,
  • • Disputes with third-party organizers, or
  • • Unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
7.2. If liability is nevertheless established, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the thirty (30) days prior to the incident.

8Modification of Terms and Notification

8.1. We may revise this Agreement from time to time. All changes shall become effective upon being published on the Platform.
8.2. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your user account when material changes are made to the Terms.
8.3. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
